Welcome to the Groom EMS Website 

The Groom Ambulance Service is a department of the City of Groom, TX.  We operate one ambulance in a rural area about 40 miles east of Amarillo, TX in the great state of Texas.  We are a licensed service operating under the Texas Department of Health and PEMSS as an MICU unit.  We service not only the citizens of Groom, we also service the rural area around our city along with 30 miles of I-40.
